Role: Werkstudent - Creative Services Operations
Localisation : Berlin, Germany
As a Werkstudent - Creative Services Operations, you will:
- Support the account management team in delivering best-in-class service to clients.
- Assist in the creation, localization, and optimization of digital ad creatives, with a focus on the German market.
- Help onboard new partners onto the Shuttlerock platform and provide ongoing support.
- Support the coordination with creative and production teams to ensure projects meet client brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
- Prepare client-facing materials including presentations, reports, and creative proposals.
- Conduct research on creative trends, industry best practices, and competitor campaigns.
- Track and update project progress using tools such as Slack, Trello, and Hubspot.
- Support client needs by helping to source and coordinate with creators (e.g., influencers, UGC partners, or content contributors)
Ideal capabilities & experience:
Language Skills: Native-level German (spoken and written) and fluent English (additional French a plus).
Education: Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Interest in advertising, digital marketing, and creative production.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Ability to translate client/agency requirements into actionable creative briefs.
- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
