Role: Junior Creative Specialist (EN speaker)

As a Junior Creative Lead, you will join our global team of experienced motion graphic artists responsible for creating short-form video ads for our prestigious clients. Your role will involve being a confident motion graphics artist who can use a creative brief to craft effective video ads. You'll also guide clients on writing production-ready briefs on our platform and educate them on providing actionable revision comments. As a self-starter, you'll thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, and a passion for meeting deadlines is a plus! Please note that this role focuses on our English-speaking European market, and applicants must have expert-level written and verbal English communication skills.

Junior Creative Lead Responsibilities:

- Provide support and assistance in creative production to clients and partners.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.

- Stay updated on industry creative trends and best practices to share with clients.

- Learn about creative performance drivers and suggest ways to improve results.

- Assist in optimising ad creatives for digital experiences and building client relationships.

- Participate in onboarding new customers onto ShuttlerockCloud following specific processes.

- Learn and understand advertisers' brand guidelines and effectively communicate them to the production team.

- Participate in live workshops to create optimised creative videos with client input.

- Help with design-related questions and troubleshoot creative challenges for customers.

- Collaborate on innovative projects with the Creative Lab's team.

- Contribute feedback and ideas to enhance content and product development.

- Be a proactive team player and take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Capabilities & Experience:

- At least 1 year of experience in motion graphic design.

- Familiarity with digital platforms and creative aspects of digital brand building.

- Proficient in producing short-form motion graphic videos with knowledge of typography, composition, pacing, and sound design.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

- Open-minded and collaborative approach to teamwork.

- Display humility and empathy, respecting and learning from others.

- Adapt design approach to meet client needs.

- Proactive and adaptable work ethic and attitude.

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

- Familiarity with social media platforms as a consumer or from brand/agency perspective
