As a Partnerships Business Development Manager, your primary objective is to drive the three R’s;
Relationships, Referrals, and Revenue.

This includes actively seeking and nurturing relationships with partners to generate 'qualified'
leads for funded programs and direct partnerships. The end goal is to contribute to ‘strategic’
partner-paid revenue, either by acquiring new customers, brands, lines of business, or regions. As
well as by supporting the growth and lifetime value of key global/strategic accounts.

Key Outcomes:
1. Acquisition of new customers, brands, LOBs, or regions via our partner channels and
ecosystem (i.e. partner-generated opportunities)
2. Growth of key global/strategic accounts (i.e. lifetime value) via our partner channels and
ecosystem (i.e. partners are ‘ongoing catalysts’ for sustained growth)
3. Development of Shuttlerock’s reputation within the industry as a result of
stakeholders-influenced and co-owned brand-building initiatives with partners

Program operational activity (MBA, TTCX & Pinterest Creative Connect) - 10% Time
- High-level oversight of the operational elements of MBA, TTCX, SNAP and Pinterest
Creative Connect
- Receiving and acting upon escalation related to program activity, from Program
Manager

Commercial partnership development - 10% Time
- Partner Manager Syncs with Meta, TikTok, SNAP and Pinterest to share and receive
updates on solutions
- Collaboration with our CSS subject matter expert (SME) to ensure Shuttlerock's
internal systems (e.g. knowledge on safe zones, platforms, and packages) are up to
date and communicated internally
- Remain adaptable to receiving new programs, packages & information and
collaborating cross-departmentally to implement
- Collaboration on the presentation of annual end-of-year program recaps (i.e.
HBRs), contributing learnings from working alongside SMEs and supporting key
strategic opportunities and outcomes

Fostering growth with qualified ‘strategic’ opportunities 40% of Time
- Manage/track partner-initiated qualified opportunities in the HubSpot pipeline to
have a clear line of sight on the progress and status
- Collaborate actively with Sales on strategic ‘attack plans’ to drive effective
partnership strategies/initiatives and maximize partner contributions toward key
outcomes (This includes actively fostering internal relationships to ensure seamless
coordination and alignment across departments, maximizing the impact of
our collaborative efforts)
- Maintain and contribute to Discovery sheets, Hubspot Deals, Slack channels and
Success Decks (Slides) as primary sources of truth and collaboration tools
- Support in the service and execute of programs as needed, representing the
partnerships team to deliver a unified front with the channel partner

Strengthening strategic relationships with partner representatives - 40% of Time
- Track the Partner ecosystem across Meta, TikTok, SNAP and Pinterest, mapping
departments, relationships, advertiser challenges, and objectives
- Establish a regular cadence of intentional outreach messages/emails, calls, and
in-person meetings to cultivate relationships and generate discussion for key
opportunities
- Secure the support and advocacy of Partner Representatives to achieve key
outcomes (in collaboration with CSP/Sales), which may involve (but are not limited
to) Shuttlerock Solution Orientation, POV Narratives and Showcasing Success (e.g
QBRs, workshops).

Requirements/Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a partnership development or sales/SDR role
- Interest in technology and industry fluency
- Ability to navigate complex corporate structures, including identifying and engaging key
stakeholders
- Excellence in written, visual, and in-person communications. You thrive when meeting &
connecting with others! You love forming & fostering new relationships
- An ability to understand the business’s overlap with partners and to communicate that
clearly
- Demonstrate reliability, strong initiative, and drive while taking ownership of assigned tasks
- A quick and adaptable learner, ready and enthusiastic to contribute to the development of a
growing business function
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
