Shuttlerock is seeking a Creative Specialist with a strong project management background and expertise in digital marketing and creative operations. The Creative Specialist works closely our in-house Studio and with in-market account teams, driving a seamless and high-quality end-to-end client experience. The Creative Specialist is responsible for managing creative projects, from briefing through to asset delivery, addressing client feedback and ensuring work is delivered on time.
This role is based in Mexico City and requires a minimum two days per week in office.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Support the Client Success Manager to guide new clients through ShuttlerockCloud, providing assistance to lay the foundation for long-term client satisfaction.
- Project Management: End-to-End project management, from briefing to delivery, ensuring high quality execution at each stage. Receive, optimise and submit creative briefs on behalf of clients, ensuring all necessary information and assets are included, and that project timelines are managed according to the agreed upon SLAs between Shuttlerock and the client.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients in relation to their creative projects, understanding their needs and translating their requirements into actionable briefs/feedback for the creative team.
- Creative Quality Assurance: Work closely with clients’ creative and media buying teams to understand brand guidelines and communicate them effectively to Shuttlerock’s internal production teams. Review all creative to ensure it is on-brief, on-brand and fit-for-platform, thereby exceeding client expectations. Serve as a bridge between clients and production teams to ensure creative assets align seamlessly with brand standards and objectives while leveraging creative expertise and market knowledge.
- Client and Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the client, their brand(s), creative needs, goals and vision. Stay up to date on industry creative trends, best practices and Shuttlerock capabilities. Collect and share relevant insights to keep clients’ creative ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing collaborative solutions that work for all parties. Manage internal project meetings and external client meetings in relation to projects, to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned. Provide support on QBR information gathering and attend QBRs and other client meetings as and when needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing or creative
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in translating client briefs into production-ready creative briefs.
- Confident in leading client calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable working in fast-moving, startup environments.
- Advertising platform certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
