Description of Role & Responsibilities

Role: Creative Specialist
Location: Mexico City
Direct Reporting Line: Director of Creative Services, NAM


In the Creative Specialist role at Shuttlerock, you’ll have a strong project management background, and are well versed in best practices for social media platforms and managing complex accounts/scopes of work. You’ll work with Client Solutions Managers (Growth Team) to launch license deals, and ensure the client needs are understood, briefed well, and projects are delivered on time at a high level of quality. You’ll also work with Partner Program Managers to deliver programs for platform partners who bring qualified leads to channel sales, to ensure a high level of conversion.  


In this role, you will:

Project Management: Oversee projects from ideation to briefing to delivery, ensuring highly detailed management and execution at each stage. Keen attention to detail guaranteeing projects stay on track, and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Leverage creative expertise and organizational skills to ensure delivery of best-in-class service and media.


Onboarding: Guide new customers onto the Shuttlerock platform, collaborating closely with the Growth Team for smooth transition and positioning programs for conversions and renewals. Provide comprehensive support and assistance during onboarding to lay the foundation for long-term client satisfaction.


Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry creative trends, new service offerings, and best practices to contribute to client and internal team education. Collect and share relevant insights to enable staying ahead of the curve. Anticipate and adapt to emerging trends to position as industry leaders and drive innovation in creative approach and ideation.


Collaboration: Play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with channel partners (e.g: Meta, TikTok), advertisers, and agencies, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Working directly with key stakeholders, gain insights into their needs and preferences to tailor services effectively.


Branding: Work closely with clients' creative and media buying teams to understand brand guidelines and communicate them effectively to Shuttlerock's internal production teams. Serve as a bridge between clients and production teams to ensure creative assets align seamlessly with brand standards and objectives while leveraging creative expertise and market knowledge to drive engagement and results.
